Banana Oatmeal Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup milk (or a non-dairy alternative)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: cinnamon, chocolate chips, or nuts
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the rolled oats, banana, milk, egg, baking powder, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth.
